Every NOCK account runs on a plan that defines three key limits: how many projects you can create, how many tickets you can receive per month, and how many AI enhancements you can use per 30-day cycle. Choosing the right plan keeps your feedback pipeline running smoothly without interruption.

What the limits mean

Projects are the individual products or websites you connect to NOCK. Each project gets its own widget configuration, ticket inbox, and settings. Tickets per month is the total number of feedback submissions your account can receive across all projects within a calendar month. Once this limit is reached, new submissions are not recorded until the limit resets. AI enhancements per 30 days covers features like AI-generated follow-up questions and other AI-assisted capabilities within the widget. When this limit is reached, AI features are paused for the remainder of the 30-day window. Both the ticket count and AI enhancement count reset automatically at the start of each new monthly cycle — you don’t need to do anything to trigger the reset.

What happens when you hit a limit

When you reach your monthly ticket limit, any feedback submitted through the widget will not be recorded until your limit resets. Users may still see the widget, but submissions won’t appear in your inbox.
Similarly, if you exhaust your AI enhancement quota for the 30-day window, AI-powered features in the widget — such as follow-up question prompts — are suspended until the window resets. Core ticket submission continues to work normally; only the AI layer is paused. If you find yourself hitting limits regularly, upgrading to a higher plan gives you more headroom immediately.

Limit resets

Ticket and AI enhancement limits reset monthly, aligned to your billing cycle (for paid plans) or calendar month (for the Free plan). You can check your current usage at any time in Settings → Billing.

The Free plan

The Free plan is available to all NOCK accounts at no cost. It includes one project, 50 tickets per month, and 10 AI enhancements per 30 days — a good starting point for small products or personal projects.
Paid plans (Small, Medium, and Large) are available. Pricing details and self-serve upgrade options may vary — if you’d like to move to a paid plan, please reach out through the dashboard or contact our support team for current availability and pricing.
