Your NOCK billing settings give you a clear view of your current plan, usage, and subscription status. Whether you’re on the Free plan or considering an upgrade, this page explains where to look and what to expect.

Where to find billing settings

All billing information lives in Settings → Billing inside your NOCK dashboard. From there you can:
  • View your current plan and its limits
  • Check your ticket and AI enhancement usage for the current period
  • Manage or update your subscription (on paid plans)
  • Contact support for billing-related questions

The Free plan

The Free plan is available to every NOCK account at no cost and requires no payment information to get started. It includes:
  • 1 project
  • 50 tickets per month
  • 10 AI enhancements per 30 days
There is no time limit on the Free plan — you can use it for as long as you need without being prompted to upgrade.

Upgrading to a paid plan

Self-serve billing for paid plans may not be fully available yet in all regions or for all accounts. If you don’t see an upgrade option in your dashboard, please contact us through the in-app support link or reach out to our team — we’ll be happy to help get you set up on the right plan.
When upgrading is available in your dashboard, you’ll find the option under Settings → Billing → Upgrade plan. Select the plan that fits your project count, ticket volume, and AI usage needs, then follow the on-screen steps to complete the process. If you’re unsure which plan is right for you, refer to the Plans & Limits page for a full comparison.

Downgrading or cancelling

Downgrade and cancellation flows are subject to current billing availability. If you need to change or cancel your plan and don’t see the option in your dashboard, contact support and we’ll take care of it for you.
When you downgrade to a lower plan, your limits adjust at the start of your next billing cycle. If your existing projects or ticket volume exceed the limits of the lower plan, you may lose access to some projects or see submissions paused until you are within the new limits. When you cancel a paid plan, your account moves to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period. Your data is retained — nothing is deleted automatically on cancellation.

Billing questions and support

If you have a question about your invoice, payment method, or plan, you can:
  • Use the Contact Support link in Settings → Billing inside your dashboard
  • Email the NOCK support team directly (the address is shown in your dashboard footer)
When contacting support about a billing issue, include your account email address and a brief description of the issue to help us respond faster.
