NOCK is a feedback widget that lives on your website and turns user frustration into actionable tickets. Before you can install anything, you need a NOCK account. This page walks you through signing up, confirming your email, and entering the onboarding flow so you’re ready to build your first workspace.
1

Go to the sign-up page

Open nocknock.cloud in your browser and click Get Started or Sign Up. You can register with your work email address or continue with a supported OAuth provider.
2

Enter your details

Fill in your name, email address, and a password. Make sure you use an email address you have access to — you’ll need to confirm it before you can log in.
Use your work email address. If your teammates sign up with the same email domain, NOCK can suggest your workspace to them automatically.
3

Confirm your email

Check your inbox for a confirmation email from NOCK. Click the Confirm Email button inside the message. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
The confirmation link expires after 24 hours. If it expires, return to nocknock.cloud and request a new confirmation email from the login page.
4

Complete the onboarding flow

After confirming your email you’ll be taken directly into the NOCK onboarding flow. The onboarding wizard asks a few short questions — your role, what type of product you’re building, and how many people are on your team. Your answers help NOCK pre-configure sensible defaults for your first workspace.
5

Land on the Dashboard

Once you finish onboarding you’ll arrive at the NOCK Dashboard. From here you’re ready to create your first workspace and start collecting feedback.
If you close the browser before finishing onboarding, your account is still created. Log back in at nocknock.cloud and you’ll be prompted to resume where you left off.

What’s next?

With your account confirmed, the next step is creating a workspace — a shared container for your team and all your projects.
