A workspace is the top-level container in NOCK. Everything your team works on — projects, feedback tickets, integrations, and members — lives inside a workspace. Most teams create one workspace per company or product organisation, though you can create additional workspaces if you manage multiple independent clients or business units.
1

Open the New Workspace dialog

From the NOCK Dashboard, click the workspace name in the top-left corner of the sidebar. In the dropdown that appears, select Create Workspace.
2

Name your workspace

Enter a name for your workspace. This name appears in the sidebar, in email notifications, and in any shared links you send to customers.Naming tips:
  • Use your company or product name (e.g. Acme Corp, Launchpad Studio)
  • Keep it short — it sits in a narrow sidebar
  • Avoid names like Test or My Workspace; you’ll thank yourself later when you have more than one
If you’re an agency managing feedback for multiple clients, create a separate workspace per client so their data stays completely isolated.
3

Choose a workspace URL slug

NOCK will auto-generate a URL slug from your workspace name. You can customise the slug on this screen. The slug is used in your Customer Portal URL and in sharing links, so pick something readable and professional.
4

Create the workspace

Click Create Workspace. NOCK sets up the workspace instantly and redirects you to its dashboard. At this point the workspace is empty — your next step is adding a project.
You can invite team members to your workspace at any time from Settings → Members. You don’t need to invite anyone now to continue setting up NOCK.

Managing multiple workspaces

If you belong to more than one workspace, use the workspace switcher in the top-left sidebar to move between them. Each workspace has its own settings, billing plan, and member list.
Workspaces are billed independently. If you create a second workspace it starts on the Free plan by default — make sure to check the plan limits before adding projects there.

What’s next?

With your workspace ready, create your first project. Each project represents one website or application and comes with its own unique widget token.

Create a Project

Add your first website or app as a project inside your workspace.
