# Create Your NOCK Account and Start Collecting Feedback

> Sign up for a NOCK account, confirm your email, and complete the onboarding flow so you can start collecting feedback from your users right away.

NOCK is a feedback widget that lives on your website and turns user frustration into actionable tickets. Before you can install anything, you need a NOCK account. This page walks you through signing up, confirming your email, and entering the onboarding flow so you're ready to build your first workspace.

<Steps>
  <Step title="Go to the sign-up page">
    Open [nocknock.cloud](https://nocknock.cloud) in your browser and click **Get Started** or **Sign Up**. You can register with your work email address or continue with a supported OAuth provider.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your details">
    Fill in your name, email address, and a password. Make sure you use an email address you have access to — you'll need to confirm it before you can log in.

    <Tip>

    </Tip>
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm your email">
    Check your inbox for a confirmation email from NOCK. Click the **Confirm Email** button inside the message. If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Your answers help NOCK pre-configure sensible defaults for your first workspace.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Land on the Dashboard">
    Once you finish onboarding you'll arrive at the NOCK Dashboard. From here you're ready to create your first workspace and start collecting feedback.
